With this game coming out in about a month from now, I don't see much being improved as far as the combat is concerned. Overall, it wasn't bad but I was kinda hoping something would wow me enough to make me want to wishlist this. No way to change M&KB bindings (even though it detects icons for keys) & no extensive controller settings besides the 4 controller presets that change a few button / trigger / bumper spots (but maybe those will be added in the full game later?) ![]() ![]() Didn't see an option to disable subtitles (could be distracting for many who would want to get immersed in the world) Hitting basic enemies & the 2 bosses I came across felt like it had no weight behind each attack You can't move your character while blocking (other souls-like games you can) The combat feels delayed like it takes longer to wind up your attacks & powers Enemies can be seen clipping through terrain at times + Stamina isn't decreased when doing basic attacks (nice QoL improvement to the souls-like space IMO) + Different difficulty options for accessibility is nice writing in her journal when new info is gathered for lore) is a nice detail + Animations with the protagonist woman (i.e.
